Product Warranty

All our products come with warranty coverage.

The duration of warranty varies by product and is clearly mentioned in each product description on our website.

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and performance issues under normal usage conditions.

Damages caused by mishandling, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

For warranty claims, customers must provide proof of purchase (invoice/order number).

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges in the following cases:

Wrong product or size delivered.

Conditions for Returns/Exchanges:

The item must be unused, in its original condition & packaging.

Customized or special-order items are non-returnable, unless defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days.

Refunds are issued through the same payment method used during purchase.

In case of exchanges, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost (if applicable).
